County Workers Across Colorado Are Joining Together with AFSCME For a Voice on the Job
County employees across Colorado are coming together to improve our jobs and the services we provide.
Because of a new law, county workers have the right to come together in a union. That means having a voice on the job to negotiate strong contracts. County workers in Adams and Pueblo have already joined with AFSCME and won real improvements, including more pay, better staffing levels and improvements to workplace safety. If they did it, you can too. Now is the time for now all county workers to organize for a voice on the job.
